VIDEO RESOURCES

Fran has created and produced two amazing video resources for classroom, one-on-one discipleship, or group settings. Each is a self-contained course, complete with videos, leaders guides, and handouts for each session. The content of these series has been taught throughout the U.S. and abroad, in churches, and collegiate and conference settings.

Conversations About God and Discipleship Shouldn’t Be Impossible

Let’s face it, it’s getting harder to talk to people about Christianity. Anyone who’s tried knows that. But, there’s help. The What’s Wrong With the World? video curriculum is an exceptional resource for anyone interested in sharing the gospel, training others how to share the gospel, and for understanding what discipleship looks like in the modern era. The series has been successfully used in one-on-one evangelism over coffee using a mobile device, Sunday school classes, home small groups, and school classrooms. The series consists of 14 sessions, each with short opening and closing teaching videos, dialogue handouts, and Leaders Guides.

Part I of What’s Wrong With the World? tackles a question: that has become blurred and even slurred over the past decade, as the American Church seems to be confused about its purpose and mission. Part I deals with, “What is the gospel, and does it really matter?” in eight episodes.

Part II provides a highly nuanced and beautiful portrait of modern-day discipleship that merges individual giftings and interests with the purposes of God. The six episodes of Part II deal with the question: “What is a disciple, and what does one look like?”

Fran Sciacca has presented this material in churches, schools and college campuses in the U.S. and abroad. Knot or Noose? is a 9-session, self-contained curriculum complete with video instruction, dialogue handouts.

Tightening the Knot – Loosening the Noose is an optional 10-week devotional journal for use in small groups or married couples who want to take the Knot or Noose? content to a much deeper and practical level.

The journal consists of personal devotional material using the Knot or Noose? marriage seminar and scripture. Each person does 3 days per week, and then meets with their spouse, or small group, using the journal as a discussion guide. The real “magic” of Knot or Noose? is in this 10-week follow-up resource. You’ll want to grab the to keep the conversation going.
